Today I went out and bought a mini stepper to help with my exercise routine. I have a very nice treadmill but my knees don't like it that much anymore. I have to find other ways to exercise that are less impact. I have not had much of an appetite today, I got busy this morning and realized that I forgot to eat until 12:30. I am having a hard time getting my protein in, I have never been a meat eater, but I am getting better at it. :ebike:
