Found out today my husband is looking at 5 years in prison. I am devastated it isn’t an official sentence yet. his lawyer told me this morning she had the pretrial thing and that is what Hud is looking at. if he testifies against his co defendants he might get less and if he takes it to trial he may get more, I was like stunned, I said I thought he was to serve another year? but she said they are looking into his past (back 30 years) and taking that into account which is BS!!! he hasn’t been in...
