Well to day i went to my appointment to see both the doc and the nut and came away with a green light to move on to the next stage. It basically consists of meats and only meats.. lol. I have been cleared to est

• turkey
• chicken
• fish
• tuna
• lobster. shrimp and scallops
• whole eggs
• liver

no starches or carbs are allowed yet, atleast for the next 4 weeks until my next checkup. I have also been cleared to start taking my vitamins but no caltrate until my next appt.
